1. Nature of Services

Our services include but are not limited to:

These services involve intellectual property, professional expertise, and digital content delivery.

2. No Refund Policy for Digital Services

All payments made for:

  • Consultancy services
  • Advisory sessions
  • Digital tools or templates
  • Downloadable content
  • Online courses or training sessions

are non-refundable once payment is confirmed.

Due to the intangible and immediately accessible nature of digital services, refunds are not provided after:

  • Access to materials is granted
  • A consultation session has been scheduled
  • Documentation work has commenced
  • Digital templates have been delivered

3. Project-Based Services

For consultancy projects requiring staged delivery:

  • Deposits are strictly non-refundable.
  • If a client terminates a project after work has commenced, payment for completed milestones remains due.
  • No refunds will be issued for partially completed work.

4. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information
  • Reviewing service descriptions before purchase
  • Ensuring services meet their needs prior to payment

Dissatisfaction based on misunderstanding of service scope does not qualify for refunds.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may only be considered in cases where:

6. Cancellations

  • Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable.

Malumbo Initiatives does not guarantee specific financial results, yields, approvals, or project funding outcomes. Advisory services provide professional guidance, but implementation and results remain the responsibility of the client.
